Dear Parents:

Children’s Choir will be moving to Wednesday nights next September 15th due to another exciting opportunity coming up for our children on Sunday evenings. (Be on the lookout for more details coming from Michael Steward.)

A new night means that there will be some changes taking place for the children’s choir ministry. We would like to invite you and your family to a PIZZA PARTY Sunday night at 4:30 (our normal choir time) after the children lead worship on Sunday morning May 2nd to discuss what the future holds for Children’s Choir. We plan on adding a little “drama” to children’s choir and would like to share a few details with you and find out if you are “on board” for this new night and time. Please come and find out more about this wonderful ministry opportunity. We will have a small confidential survey for you to fill out and place in a box. This will help us to prepare for the Fall. Be thinking about what you can do to help and if your child will be able to participate on Wednesday nights. We are looking for volunteers to help next semester in the following areas:

➢ Music helpers
➢ Drama leaders
➢ Set building
➢ Video & editing
➢ Technical support – lighting, sound, etc…
➢ Costumes
➢ Props
➢ Stage Manager
